DESCRIPTION:Amana Heritage Society to Host Program for New Book on Communal-Era Marriage \nJoin us for a presentation and signing for a new book by local historian R.C. Eichacker on Tuesday\, December 2\, 2025\, at 7:00 p.m. at the Amana Heritage Museum (705-44th Ave. Amana).  Eichacker will share insights from his new book\, Marriage by Committee\, exploring the fascinating traditions and communal practices surrounding marriage during Amana’s communal era from 1855-1932.
