The Amana Heritage Society is heading to Waterloo on Saturday, April 1 for the first ever Silos & Smokestacks Iowa Eats Food & Drink Festival! In conjunction with our cultural partner the Amana Meat Shop & Smokehouse, we will share the food culture of the Amana Colonies with festival goers from 11am-5pm at the Waterloo Convention Center with many other Iowa food-related vendors.
