Apfelfest Takeout Meal

Stop by the Amana Heritage Museum to pick up a special Apfelfest meal and support the Amana Heritage Society! We will have seating available in the museum yard if you’d like to eat on the grounds.

Schweinshaxe (pork hock)
Himmel und Erde (mashed apples and potatoes with bread crumbs)
Rote Kraut (Hot Red Cabbage cooked with apple cider vinegar/Apfelwein)
Gemischter Salat mit Äpfeln (a mixed salad with apples)
