Description
Join us on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for an Easter Traditions class at the Homestead Folk Art Museum. During this class, from 10am-12pm, we will talk about spring holiday traditions in the Amana Colonies while learning how to dye Amana Glue Eggs. Whether have never made Amana Glue Eggs before and want to learn, or you want a fun way to add to your existing collection, this class is for everyone. We will make glue eggs, then take a break and decorate some cookies and chat. At the end, everyone will get to take home a few cookies and a dozen Amana Glue Eggs!
This class involves boiling eggs and handling them while hot. Please use caution if looking to include young children. Children under the age of 18 must have an adult present during the class. If you have questions, please contact our Program Director at heritageprograms@southslope.net.
