Description
Built in 1865, this historic church has long interpreted Amana’s religious and communal life. We plan to restore its interior, exterior, install HVAC and upgraded electrical systems, and transform it into a year-round venue for exhibits, performances, and educational programs that will create a sustainable operating model for the church. We have been very busy applying for grants for this phased project. Nearly $18,000 in grants are already secured—now we must raise the remainder with additional grants and your support. When the interior work is complete, we can offer performances.
